The price that works in every future you get.

MORYN runs your price across thousands of futures — your cost base, your demand, the competitors you are measured against — and shows which price wins most of them, and what it costs you when it doesn't.

A price is a conclusion, not a guess
01

We pick the price that wins the most futures.

Not the best price for the likeliest year — the price that still works across most of them. MORYN draws twenty thousand futures and prices each of them five ways — what you charge now, the top and bottom of what the market charges, and the two moves that go half the distance — then counts which came out ahead most often.

$94 $103 $110 three of the five prices · 45 of the 20,000 futures at each
Watch $110 and $94 cross. The dear price earns more in year one — 220k against 182k — and then stops, because only 17% of those accounts are still there in year three. The cheap price starts behind and keeps climbing at 68%. Neither catches $103.
02

You cannot predict the future. You can tell which futures are likelier.

It is very likely you finish reading this page. It is possible, but unlikely, that someone walks in and starts break dancing and you never do. Both are futures. They do not carry the same weight.

So MORYN gives every input a likelihood rather than a value, then draws twenty thousand projected futures and scores every candidate price against the same ones. The likelihoods come from what analysts, filings, indices and the trade press actually said.

The model has opinions. The engine has arithmetic. Neither does the other's job, which is why no figure on the screen was written by a sentence.
03

Verifiable assumptions.

Every assumption is written into the plan you approve before anything runs — with the page it rests on, where it has one. Edit any of them, or take them out. A correction is credited to you, not absorbed as MORYN’s own finding.

Ten inputs are drawn on a standard run. Four come from your file or a published series, six are MORYN’s estimates — and each one carries a star everywhere it appears, so a figure never looks better evidenced than it is.
04

Rooted in published research.

The equation is on the screen in English, and again in algebra. Every term in it comes from economic research.

V= mQ· Σk ρ(1+r) k — the account is still there ρ — what a re-tender erodes m — margin, once the price still reads as credible
A discount past the point where it reads as competitive starts reading as a cheaper grade. That is a measured effect, not a hunch — and it is why the cheapest price in a sweep does not win the most bids.

05

A price is more than its cost.

Accounting cost sets a floor, not a price. Switching costs, brand, and what a discount signals about quality move demand — and demand is what moves the price. Where the answer turns on a judgement only you can make, MORYN hands it back rather than settling it quietly.

this contract alone contract + two renewals $94 $116 $104 $101 VALUE
$104 wins the twelve months by $1,000. It gives up $21,000 across the two renewals the bid is really for. Both curves are the engine’s own output across all the prices it scored — two optima, three dollars apart.
06

A self-improvement loop.

Evidence and models are versioned. When something you approved changes, everything resting on it goes stale and the analysis is worked out again — so it moves with your data instead of ageing quietly. What MORYN learns from working with you takes effect only after you approve it.

Run itSet the price Watch what movesNew evidence
Most pricing work ends at the decision. A revision you approved is immutable, so nothing changes under you — and nothing you struck quietly comes back.
07

Keep track of what moves your price.

MORYN follows the indices and announcements that bear on your analysis, and emails you a brief with the sources attached.

Containerboard moved — what it costs you to stand still
No model writes a number here, and no model writes the brief. Every figure is the difference between two published observations, or arithmetic the engine did on them. Headlines are the publisher’s own words, quoted and linked.

Why MORYN

A price you can defend in the room.

The strongest objection, first

MORYN writes the best case against its own answer, on the screen that gives it.

The number that would change it

Set beside the objection: what would have to move, and in which direction.

Not moving is always scored

Every price is compared against holding. “Stay where you are” is an answer MORYN will return.

An assumption cannot set a price

A figure with no measured identification is capped at a finding — in code, not in a disclaimer.

There is no public sign-up: access is by invitation, and its internal tools open only to the MORYN team.
